1. Research-Use-Only Products

All products offered by Retava.eu, including peptide pens, formulations, and related materials, are intended exclusively for research and development purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic application. By purchasing from Retava.eu, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. No Returns and No Refunds

Due to the highly sensitive and temperature-dependent nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the cold chain has been maintained once an order has been delivered to the customer.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, regardless of whether items are opened or unopened.

This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality standards of our research materials.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Our team will review your case and determine the appropriate solution, such as a replacement if applicable. Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because product integrity cannot be verified once delivered, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products
  • Unopened products
  • Any temperature-sensitive product
  • Products removed from their packaging
  • Products delivered more than 48 hours ago
  • Any item purchased from Retava.eu

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or shipped. If you need assistance, please contact our support team urgently after placing an order.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not provided unless:

  • A confirmed shipping error was made on our part
  • A product was never dispatched
  • A replacement product cannot be supplied for a verified issue

If a refund is approved by exception, processing may take 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds are issued at the EUR equivalent of the original payment amount, minus applicable network or transaction fees.
